Bug Fix:
1. Magic Attack Power now displays correctly with Elementalist skill "Magic Mastery" in the character information window.
2. Fixed the following Instant Cast skills from being able to used when debuffed with Casting Speed debuff (Gravity Up)
3. Fixed MP Consumption of "Lesser Party Heal" (Protector) lvl 5 ~ 6
4. Fixed error message when placing incorrect items in Compound Slots V - IV
5. Casting Animation added to instant skills when debuffed with Casting Speed debuff (Gravity Up) - Fire Ball, Flame Arrow, Wound Care, First Aid, Mana Amulet, Dura Amulet
